Nijgadh Bara- Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha has voiced serious worry for the safety of Nepali nationals presently stuck in Israel.
The continuous fighting between the Israeli army and the Palestinian militant organization Hamas, which started on Saturday morning, has Home Minister Shrestha concerned. Since they are unable to leave Israel, many Nepalis are stuck there.Home Minister Shrestha
responded to the problem by making contact today to learn more and evaluate the
rescue efforts being undertaken for Nepali people caught up in this dispute.
Hanan Godar, the Israeli ambassador to Nepal, and Kanta Rijal, the ambassador
of Nepal to Israel, were both consulted.
According to reports,
some nationals of Nepal may have been injured or taken hostage in the Gaza
Strip. This has raised worries about their ability to access basic needs like
food, shelter, healthcare, and overall security.

to the United States, Rijal, has guaranteed that attempts are being made to
gather data on the injured and stranded Nepalis in the conflict area. To secure
their safe return, it is important to start medical care and plan rescue
operations.

protect Nepalese citizens from the negative impacts of the ongoing conflict.
