Nijgadh, Bara – Navatara Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited, located in Nijgadh-9, Bara, today extended its social responsibility efforts by donating a computer to Janjyoti Basic School.
The cooperative's Chairman, Ganesh Rajbhandari, officially handed over the computer to Shankar Thokar, Chairman of the School Management Committee.
During the handover ceremony, Rajbhandari stated that the donation was part of the cooperative's commitment to social responsibility, aiming to support the local community.
In response, Shankar Thokar expressed gratitude, highlighting that such support encourages the school to continue its progress.
Similarly, Manaraj Mahatara, the school's Headmaster, noted that the computer donation would significantly contribute to making the school more technology-friendly. He also expressed hope for similar assistance in the future.
The event saw the participation of School Management Committee members Sharmila Sunuwar and Lal Bahadur Tamang. From Navatara Cooperative, Vice Chairman Chitrakumar Timalsina, Secretary Nawaraj Mainali, Advisor Kul Bahadur Gurung, Manager Pravin Khadgi, and Assistant Accountant Karuna Raut were also present.
