Prasauni, Bara -A significant step towards child-friendly infrastructure was taken today as the foundation stone for a new Children’s Park was officially laid at the premises of Shree Benga Sah Secondary School, located in Prasauni, Bara.
The project is being funded through the Ministry of Sports and Social Welfare of Madhesh Province, following the special initiative of Prasauni Rural Municipality Chairperson Mr. Binod Prasad Jaiswal, who also laid the foundation stone during the ceremony.
The event was graced by the presence of several
distinguished guests, including Vice-Chairperson
Ms. Kiran Devi, Executive Member
Mr. Shivjee Kumar Kalwar, Ward
Member Mr. Satyanarayan, along with respected community leaders and
social workers.
This park aims to provide a safe, recreational space for children and support their overall physical and mental development. The initiative reflects the municipality’s ongoing commitment to creating child-friendly spaces and fostering a more vibrant and inclusive community.
Construction is expected to
begin soon, with hopes that the park will become a cherished spot for the
children and families of Prasauni.
