Healthcare has also seen major improvements with the municipality's own laboratory. This means people no longer get ripped off by private hospitals charging too much for health tests. For several years now, the municipal lab has been providing various tests for 80% less than private labs, making healthcare much more affordable for everyone.

Parsauni Rural Municipality is committed to improving all aspects of life for its residents, including education, health, roads, electricity, and water. This year, they've especially focused on projects that help people directly and that can be sustained for a long time.
Better Roads and Utilities: They've continued working on road projects, especially paving dirt roads and fixing existing gravel roads. To solve electricity problems, they've added more transformers and put up streetlights in every neighborhood. For drinking water, they've successfully installed new pipes and tubes throughout the municipality. They've also planted trees along roadsides to make the area greener and cleaner.
Improved Healthcare: The local hospital has been upgraded to a well-equipped health center. Every week, free health camps are held in each ward, and free healthcare is given to families who can't afford it. They're also planning to start a free health insurance program for families living in poverty.
Boosting Education: To make education better, they've organized various activities like sports, quizzes, and debates. Old school buildings have been repaired and improved, with extra floors added where needed. Schools now have important facilities like libraries, drinking water, and clean restrooms. Students from disadvantaged backgrounds receive scholarships, uniforms, and study materials. High-achieving students are publicly recognized to encourage them. They also meet regularly with local leaders to check and improve how schools are performing.
Economic Growth: The municipality has been encouraging different types of businesses and jobs to help the economy grow. They've successfully put into action programs like "Skills for All, Employment for All" under the Prime Minister's Scheme.
Protecting Culture and History: Preserving and promoting religious, historical, and archaeological sites is a priority. They've worked to restore and improve temples and other important cultural places, making them stronger centers for spirituality and history.
