municipality has deposited the assistance directly into beneficiaries’ bank
accounts. Each patient received Rs. 5,000

Bhadra, and Asoj.
In total, the municipality provided Rs. 1,610,000 in support:
·
Rs. 1,455,000 to 97 existing patients,
and
·
Rs. 155,000 to 11 newly registered patients.
The sub-metropolitan city stated that this programme
is crucial in helping vulnerable citizens cope with the financial burden of
long-term medical treatment. All beneficiaries have been informed about the
payment transfer.
