Ratanpur, Bara — Kriyashil Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited successfully held its 14th Annual General Meeting during a special programme in Ratanpur, Nijgadh Municipality–11.
The meeting was organised under the theme “Good Governance in Cooperatives: Technology and Integration.” Office bearers, share members, local representatives and invited guests attended the event with great interest.The
meeting was chaired by Navaraj Rizal. During the programme, the cooperative
presented its annual financial report, audit report, future plans and proposals
for changes in rules and policies. Members discussed the reports and shared
suggestions to make the cooperative more transparent and more
technology-friendly in the coming year.
Social
worker Sagar Dahal, another guest speaker, said the cooperative has brought
real change to the community. He stated that the cooperative has helped people
escape high-interest loans that charged 2 to 3 rupees interest on every 100
rupees borrowed.
Other
speakers also stressed that good governance, financial discipline and proper
use of technology are essential to strengthen cooperatives. They encouraged
active participation from members and promoted the habit of regular saving.
The
general meeting decided to focus on financial strengthening, service expansion,
member training, digital transactions and inclusive cooperative practices in
the coming year.
During
the programme, the cooperative honoured regular savers, best borrowers and
employees.

The
programme was conducted by Secretary Dinesh Guru. The cooperative ended the
meeting by promising to provide more responsible, transparent and
member-friendly services in the coming year.
