Nijgadh, Bara — The Nepal Students’ Union (NSU), Nijgadh Municipal Committee, successfully held its Third Blood Donation Programme on Saturday at Sahid Chowk, Nijgadh, as part of its annual activities.
The programme was organised under the slogans “Service is Religion” and “Blood Donation is Life Donation.” Students and local youths took part actively in the event.A total of 50 voluntary
donors donated blood, including 47 men and 3 women. The programme aimed to help
reduce the shortage of blood in hospitals and support patients in need.
The Nepal Students’ Union
organised this humanitarian programme as part of its social responsibility,
guided by the values of nationalism, democracy and socialism. Organisers
believe the strong participation of young people will help save lives.
Chairperson of NSU
Nijgadh, Ishwar Sapkota, said, “We organised this programme with the pure aim
that no one should lose their life due to lack of blood. We sincerely thank all
the blood donors who participated.”

teams and supporters for making the programme successful.
