19 Nepalis who requested repatriation, according to Foreign Minister NP Saud, were saved on Tuesday by an Indian aircraft.
Minister Saud stated, "They took an Indian rescue flight out of Tel Aviv.They would be assisted in getting to the Gauriphanta
border crossing in the Kailali district by the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi.
They will arrive in Kailali on Wednesday and the Indian capital on Tuesday
night, respectively.
On Friday morning, the government used a Nepal
Airlines plane to fly 254 Nepali students back to their country from Israel.
Five of the ten Nepali students who died in the
October 7 Hamas attack while working at Kibbutz Alumim of the Sedot Negev
Agriculture Center in southern Israel have had their remains returned by
Israeli authorities.
Two of the four attack victims who were hurt are
being treated at a nearby hospital, while the other two have been released.
While the second student has arrived in Nepal, the one who was released from the
hospital is receiving care at the embassy.
17 Nepali students were attacked directly by the
terrorists in Kibbutz Alumim, a region close to the Gaza Strip, while the
incident terrorized the entire nation. According to the Nepali Embassy in Tel
Aviv, 265 Nepali students were currently enrolled in Israel as part of the
Israeli government's "Learn and Earn" initiative.
