National Ayurveda Day 2023 Messages: National Ayurveda Day is celebrated every year on Dhanteras, This year theme for the day is “Ayurveda for One Health” with the line 'Ayurveda for everyone on every day' which is set in alignment with focusing on human-animal-plant-environment interface.
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest medical systems,
originating in India five thousand years ago. Ayurvedic medicines help in
keeping a person free from diseases and physical pain. On National
Ayurveda Day,
2- There will be cheap treatment for every disease, One day Ayurveda will also rule.
3- Expiry issue in English medicines, Ayurvedic medicine lasts for years.
4- If you take treatment with Ayurveda, you will get benefit only. If you go deep into Ayurveda, you will get only knowledge.
5- Will protect the body from getting sick, The person who will adopt Ayurveda.
The science of Ayurveda is based on the belief that the human
body is a microscopic part of the universe and that health is achieved when the
human body is in a state of balance with nature. Ayurveda is an approach
to health that takes into account physical, mental, and spiritual
aspects. It is based on three doshas and three principles Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Ayurveda is considered an integral part of the healthcare
practices of India and this system of treatment is recognized by the World
Health Organization (WHO).
