Tree Planting Is Essential For Forest Development And Environmental Conservation: Former Minister Sah.

Bara: On Sunday, Federal Parliament Member Jwala Kumari Sah participated in a tree-planting program at Ward No. 3 Ram Forest of the Jeetpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan City. Various fruit and flower-bearing young plants were planted throughout the event, which was held in 15 kathas of publicly owned land brought under the control of the Nepali government.

The program was started by the event's chief guest, former minister and member of the Federal Parliament Jwala Kumari Sah. The event included planting fruit, litchi, guava, and mango trees in 15 kathas of publicly owned land throughout Ward No. 3, according to Ward Chair Tara Bahadur Karki. According to Tara Bahadur Karki, the "1 House, 2 Trees" campaign has been run by the office of Ward No. 3, and on Sunday, fruit- and flower-bearing young plants were planted in public spaces as part of this program.

The need for global environmental conservation motivated the campaign's implementation. The office of Ward No. 3 has been regularly carrying out a tree-planting campaign, according to Ward Member Chim Bahadur Pakhrin, and only by persistent tree planting can the program be successful.

Speaking at the tree-planting ceremony, the previous minister Sah highlighted the connection between forests and the environment and said that planting trees is necessary for both the growth of forests and environmental preservation. She also emphasized the importance of planting trees to reduce the impact of natural calamities.

Ward Member Chim Bahadur Pakhrin, Anita Devi Khatri, Maya Bik, Dev Narayan Chaudhary, social workers Susil Dhodari, Pashuram Pokharel, and Dipak Tamang were among the locals who attended the session.
